Chain Store Guide, the Leading Provider of Sales Leads and Market research, is seeking a talented – Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager.

Salary: $30K base plus commissions

Competitive Compensation: Base pay $30K, plus commissions

Location: In-office position. However, currently remote due to Covid-19.
All applicants must be prepared to work from home with a video camera when necessary throughout the day to connect with management.

Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager Overview:

The Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager will be responsible for new and renewal business within an established geographic territory. They will also be responsible for selling a suite of online/web services and other products to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory.

Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management / inside sales/ call center.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is required.
  • Ability to dial a minimum of 50 calls a day.
  • Experience in telephone sales and business development with proven track record of closing skills and achieving revenue quota.
  • Knowledge of business organizational structures.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Inside Telephone Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, develop and expand relationships with existing and potential accounts via telemarketing.
  • Identify territory potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Follow up on leads resulting from marketing activities.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting online product demonstrations via phone and web.
  • Responsible for building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and customer business needs.
  • Maintain sales performance to meet and exceed target goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce on a daily basis to provide funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet and exceed sales quota.
